We are looking for a

                            Credit Controller

                                                                                                 to join our Credit Control department

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain a proactive collection workflow by collaborating with the customers to identify and resolve queries
• Chase debts by dunning, phone calls, mails and emails
• Taking part in the execution of international credit control activities
• Resolve all queries quickly and efficiently. Highlight and escalate issues where necessary
• Ensure that activities are in compliance with the internal SOX requirements
• Ensure Withholding tax certificates are received from customers and local offices
• Provide accurate feedback and proposals highlighting risks, opportunities to management based on collection activity to ensure targets are reached
• Keep the unallocated cash to an absolute minimum through effective follow up with the Accounting team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Education in Finance
• 1 year Financial working experience in credit control area
• English knowledge (B1- Independent user)
• Working experience with Oracle is an advantage
• Strong MS Office knowledge
